Shipping policy
- We currently ship Monday - Thursday using USPS, FEDEX or UPS. Orders ship within 2- 5 days.
- Order arrival dates are from the time the order is ready for shipment. Not from the day of the order. For example: An order is placed on Thursday, but it will not ship until Monday, so shipping might take a certain amount of time based on the shipping option chosen; it does not mean that the order leaves the store on the day the order is placed.
- All orders placed before 9 am Thursday will ship on Thursday, as long as the product is available.
- All orders placed after 9 am Thursday - Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
- If the product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will reach out to you by email or phone to discuss a substitution. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, we will make an appropriate choice for you and proceed with shipping.
